This restaurant, run by Quang Minh Buddhist Temple, offers vegetarian Vietnamese meals that are excellent value and very tasty. Classic Vietnamese dishes are present on the menu (including several varieties of pho for those cold winter days), but are designed sans meat. Committed carnivores need not be deterred; the faux meat and seafood tastes eerily like the real thing.
